		<description>You can&#039;t necessarily go by volume to be determining a dieing stock.  From what I have noticed lately, my lower volume stocks have done better for me than the high volume stocks.  Volume has a lot to do with all the stupid short sellers buying/selling all day who end up ruining a stock, or driving it into the ground.

I sure wish they would implement that uptick rule they talked about so much.</description>
